We suggest to the manufacturing engineering design in CHQ steel wire that meet customer's requirement and characteristics of product which customer produces. It's grounded on our CHQ steel wire manufacturing technologies cultivated over the years and know-how that incorporate our thought acquired by manufacturing cold forged parts.
We can produce many sizes of wire fromφ1 to φ50.
It is possible to remove or mark the portion including surface defects by Eddy Current Machine. (EC)
We can supply suitable wire which meets the needs of customers according to the desire of with steelmaker.
We supply wire treated with Non Phosphate Coating. In high strength bolts, the conventional phosphoric lubricant causes the delayed fracture because of the enrichment of phosphorus. Non Phosphate Coating does not include phosphorus.
1. “NPC” lubricant does not include phosphorus (P). Therefore NPC does not influence the delayed fracture of the high strength bolts.
2. “NPC” improves the lifetime of molds compare to the conventional lime coating because it is powerful lubrication.
3. “NPC” contributes good environment in the plant because of reduction of the dust pollution with the powerful adhesion.
4. “NPC” lubricant is Water-soluble coating and is possible to remove the coating easily after the cold forging.
So It contributes to improve the surface quality after Plating and Heat treatment.
